Volunteer Motorcycle Training Services

Classes are offered allowing individuals to learn how to ride a motorcycle in a single weekend, even without prior experience. The classes are held on Saturday/Sunday. We provide the motorcycles and the use of a helmet. All instructors are nationally certified and state approved. Upon successful completion, a certificate of completion is issued where the individual presents to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to eliminate further testing. The courses are offer at Nashville Super Speedway in Lebanon and you can securley register online.

Motorcycle Safety Foundation

MSFThe Motorcycle Safety Foundation® is the internationally recognized developer of the comprehensive, research-based, Rider Education and Training System (MSF RETS). RETS curricula promotes lifelong-learning for motorcyclists and continuous professional development for certified RiderCoaches and other trainers. MSF also actively participates in government relations, safety research, public awareness campaigns and the provision of technical assistance to state training and licensing programs.

MREPMotorcycling can be a thrilling and challenging experience. The safe operation of a motorcycle requires practiced skill, knowledge, and a respectful understanding of the limitations imposed by the operator, the machine, and the environment. Believing in the benefits of rider education, the Tennessee Department of Safety administers the Tennessee Motorcycle Rider Education Program.
