Scorpion EXO Looks like Scorpion Sports have some new helmets coming out this spring. I just received an email newsletter from Scorpion USA showing a new graphic, "Hollywood", for the EXO-700 series of helmets and also a new EXO series helmet called the 750. Now going to Scorpion's USA site garnered me no information there about a 750 series EXO lid, but going to the EU site proved useful. Turns out they show an EXO 750 and an EXO 450 in their product offerings.

The EXO 750 looks to be an upgrade to the EXO 700 and adds the *Airfit helmet pump seen before only in the EXO-1000. No other differences are listed in the specs standout as that different from the EXO 700 but pricing (MSRP anyway) is shown in the release I received.

I have to say I dig the new "Vintage" graphics shown on the EXO 750 in this image. Hopefully some of the other styles available in the UK versions will make it here as well.

As far as the EXO 450, I don't know at this point if that helmet will be making its way to this side of the pond. Like the EXO 750, it seems similar to the EXO 400 but has the helmet pump unit as well. If Scorpion can bring this helmet to the US market under $200.00 it could go along way to introducing their Airft system to a wider range of buyers. Time will tell.

From Scorpion's site:

*AIRFIT inflates or deflates the cheek pads of your scorpion helmet to make it fit perfectly to the contours of your face. The helmet thus snugly follows the shape of your cheeks as if it had been moulded to your very own features. When it comes to safety, this optimised fit provides better protection and reduces the phenomena of lift. On the other hand, the air cushion also improves protection in case of shock. However this technology first of all revolutionises comfort, and at the same time provides two essential benefits. The guarantee of a quieter helmet free from parasitic noise, and a helmet that fits snugly for many years.
