The Editor's Pick returns this week with this bike over at Howards Honda here in Nashville. They have a high mileage, but very clean looking, 1993 VFR in their used inventory right now. Calling it high mileage might be a bit unfair as a well taken care of Honda can go on for quite a long time past 100k miles. I personally don't know the history on this one but it sure looks well kept for being 17 years old. For a 1993 model, the VFR 750 put out respectable power putting out about 98 bhp making for a good compromise between performance and comfort. At the asking price of $2695.95 it would make a great addition to my own stable to cover long distance duties. Fortunately (for someone else out there) I'm not in the position to pick it up or I'd be heading their way right now and not telling you about it.

Disclaimer: Just cause I picked this bike out as being of interest, I am not claiming to be aware of the mechanical condition of the bike in question. You should always get a potential purchase like this checked out by a mechanic that you trust. If you buy it and it's a lemon, it ain't my fault :)
Update: I stopped by Howard's on the way home to check this bike out and it is pretty clean but does have a few blemishes here and there and there is small tear in the seat covered with tape. It looks like it's been sitting a while as the throttle wouldn't snap back on its own. Overall though a little TLC would get it back in shape quickly. They've also got a 1998 red one next to it that looks pretty nice too that they are asking 3895.00 for I think. I would call and check to confirm though as now I'm not positive but it sounds about right.
